Lady Scarlet employed new farm workers to help with harvesting. Her farm had a lot of harvest, and she needed it to be harvested and stored. As she walked around supervising, she found one worker hiding in the plantation so that he would not work. She was put off by his lazy attitude and decided to teach him a lesson. She slapped him several times across his face so serve as a lesson to the other workers.
Mistresses had just finished cooking and told their slaves to set the table so that they could eat dinner. The slave refused, saying he was very tired, and, besides, since they had finished cooking, they should just set the table. Mistresses came home to find their front door open. They remembered locking the door before leaving, but now it was open. They decided to investigate. They found a thief inside who was trying to run away. He threatened to hurt them if they did not let him go. Soon, they subdued him and started torturing him.
